What I offer
Adult therapy
We will work together to establish safety for you and to uncover your inner wisdom and resilience towards healing. We can use Mindfulness practices, Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing technique and DBT skills to work towards your goals.
50 mins | $140
Teen Therapy
The teen years are a difficult time for most of us, and one when our struggles can take the form of behaviors that scare the people around us or ourselves. I love helping teens stay connected with those around them and remember what matters most to them.
50 mins | $140
Couples therapy
I like to use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to address the distress that couples often encounter. We will work together to identify emotional and disconnection themes and work towards improved communication and intimacy.
50 mins | $140
Initial Consultation
Our first session together will take a little longer than the follow-up sessions and requires paperwork review. For that reason I book 75 minutes and charge $190 for initial consultations.
75 mins | $180
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need. Please contact me to discuss an adjusted rate if you would struggle to pay my full fee.
In an effort to save clients from medical bills they cannot pay, the federal government passed a law called the No Surprises Act in 2021. This law requires medical providers to give uninsured or self-paying clients a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of their rendered services. You can find more information on that here: No Surprises Act | CMS
Insurance
I am able to accept the following insurances:
Washington: Kaiser, Molina
Arizona: Aetna, United Behavioral Health
I am happy to provide superbills for clients with all other insurance providers.
It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work,
and that when we no longer know which way to go
we have come to our real journey.
The mind that is not baffled is not employed.
The impeded stream is the one that sings.
— Wendell Berry
