Experience and Background

I graduated with a Master of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University in 2019. My studies there were in Existential Phenomenological Psychology which focuses on the meaning we make through our experiences and how this forms the basis of our understanding of ourselves and our world.
After graduating, I worked at an agency serving children, youth and families. It was there that my love for supporting relationships began as I often worked with parents and kids to help them understand one another better.

From there I moved on to start my own private practice where I focused mainly on working with adults and continued explore how I could support and strengthen relationships through my work. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which can help us identify and communicate our vulnerabilities to improve both our relationships with ourselves and others.
