There is a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.

My approach

I believe that wellness starts with safety. Then, from a space of acceptance and care, we can move towards our dreams and aspirations. I believe that our difficulties can be an opportunity to explore our values, goals and aspirations. Through this work we can nurture our strengths and find opportunities for growth. I am passionate about helping clients see their worth and nurture their relationships with themselves, others and the natural world.

  • Hello and Welcome

I graduated with a Master of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University in 2019. I studied Existential Phenomenological Psychology which focuses on the meaning we make through our experiences and how this forms the basis of our understanding of ourselves and our world. I have worked as a therapist with children, families and individuals since 2018 and am passionate about helping clients understand and challenge themselves to reach their dreams.

In my life before being a therapist, I led bicycle tours, worked as a flower farmer and was grateful to get the opportunity to live and work abroad. My work is informed by my Buddhist practice, love of the outdoors and my conviction that we all deserve to be respected and heard. I am a heterosexual, cis-gender European-American woman and believe that our differences give us strength. I am interested in working with diversity of every kind and welcome all identities.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
